This is for all non-complicated watches and date watches under $4,999. This Excludes chronographs and annual calendar functions. 

The warranty starts at the date of purchase (when funds are received for the transaction).

What's covered:

✓Movement failure*
✓Broken stem, crown, or clasp
✓Repair of water damage to water-resistant watches**
✓Strap replacement for rips or tears
✓Battery replacement
✓Shipping for repairs

*If the watch is under factory warranty, repairs will be carried out by the manufacturer.

**Only water damage caused by a defective seal will be covered. If the crown is not screwed down completely or the watch has been opened and not properly sealed by the user, this will void the warranty.
