Shipping Policy

Overview

We ship all orders using express delivery services to ensure fast, secure, and reliable arrival. Shipping method is determined by the order value, with an optional overnight upgrade available.

Standard Shipping Methods

Orders Under $5,000

  • Shipped via UPS Express 2nd Day Air

Orders Over $5,000

  • Shipped via UPS Next Day Air

These shipping methods are selected automatically to provide the appropriate level of speed and security for your order.

Overnight Shipping Upgrade

Customers may upgrade eligible orders to overnight delivery for an additional $30 fee.
If you require overnight shipping, please select the option at checkout (if available) or contact us before your order ships.

Delivery Requirements

To protect our customers and ensure secure delivery:

  • Packages are shipped only to the address provided at checkout

  • Address changes after shipment may not be possible

  • An adult signature is required upon delivery for all shipments

  • We cannot release packages without signature confirmation

Hold for Pickup (Optional)

Upon request, we can ship your order to a secure carrier hold location instead of your home or business address.

Available options:

  • UPS Access Point / UPS Customer Center

  • FedEx Hold Location

Pickup Requirements:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required

  • The name on the ID must match the name on the shipment

  • Packages will not be released without proper identification

If you would like your shipment sent to a hold location, please contact us promptly after placing your order.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost to the customer.

Insurance coverage remains in effect until the package is delivered and signed for at the destination address or officially released to the authorized recipient at a carrier hold location.

Once delivery is completed and signature confirmation is obtained, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Shipping Security

For safety and fraud prevention:

  • We ship only to verified addresses

  • Signature confirmation is mandatory

  • High-value shipments are handled with enhanced security procedures
