Returns Policy

All purchases and trades — including, but not limited to, timepieces, accessories, services, and parts — are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Please note that each of our sales platforms may have its own return policy, which should be reviewed before completing your purchase.

That said, if there is an issue with your purchase, we are committed to working with you to resolve it promptly. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products and strive to ensure every client’s satisfaction.


Water Resistance

Because most of our timepieces are pre-owned, water resistance is not guaranteed to factory specifications. If you plan to wear your watch in or near water, please contact us in advance. For a nominal fee, we can replace the gaskets and perform a pressure test to ensure peace of mind.


Credit Card Payments

For purchases made by credit card, please note that in the event of an approved refund, credit card processing fees (5.5%) are non-refundable.


Inspection and Return Eligibility

Each watch includes a 24-hour inspection period upon delivery. If you wish to initiate a return for any reason, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must remain in its original condition, and

  • Our plastic security tag must still be attached.


Return Shipping and Fees

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Additionally, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
