Goodwill Warranty

For pre-owned watches, we offer a 31-day goodwill warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty is designed to provide our clients with confidence and assurance in their purchase.

If you experience any mechanical or functional issues during this period, please contact us promptly for further instructions. Upon review, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate course of action — which may include inspection, repair, or replacement at our discretion.

Please note that this goodwill warranty applies exclusively to mechanical defects arising under normal conditions of use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impact, or exposure to moisture.

Any indication of water damage, tampering, or unauthorized repair will immediately void all warranty coverage.
